Order Confirmation

After placing an order, Aurevia may contact you by phone or message to confirm your order and delivery details. Providing an active phone number and complete address helps ensure successful delivery.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it may be shared with you through your provided contact details. You can use the tracking information to check your order's delivery status.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and active phone number. Additional delivery attempts or charges may apply if an order cannot be delivered because of incorrect information, an unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept a confirmed order.

Delivery Delays

Aurevia works with courier partners to deliver orders on time. However, delivery may occasionally take longer due to high order volumes, weather conditions, public holidays, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
